Wishing everyone a happy, safe, peaceful and healthy 2025.
VarnikaDesigns will be 15 this year! We will be sharing the projects worked during these years and the challenges and process of this journey on the blog www.varnikadesigns.blog
The VarnikaDesigns website is being updated: www.VarnikaDesigns.com
‘The Museum Memories Project’ will be 5 this April! We have already uploaded our new vertical ‘Jadughar Journeys’ that we started in 2023, our projects of 2 years are featured in it. www.themumeproject.com
3 questions that are bothering and need to be discussed:
In a world of pandemic, wars, infants being killed, mass scale human migration and fight for bare existence due to climate change, and history used to fuel violence:
1.) Do we still need museums?
2.) Is history pulling us back from creating a peaceful world?
3.) Why save cultural heritage? For whom?
What are the ways we can make the cultural heritage more inclusive, accessible and diverse?
We will be reflecting, introspecting, discussing, debating and finding the way forward by talking to several artists, designers, architects and cultural heritage professionals – keeping following us. Thank you 🙂
